Whether you prefer to visit in person or virtually, you can book a tour to meet one of our On-Site Sales Professionals. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to “test build” so you can get a detailed estimate of your new home’s cost and monthly payments based on current interest rates.

Get excited! This is where your dream home begins to take shape. After selecting your floorplan and homesite, you’ll sign your contract, marking the official start of your new build. Some of your design selections will be made now, but you’ll have 10 days after signing to put the finishing touches on them. Your dream home is almost a reality! After a kickoff meeting to introduce you to your build team, we’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates as your home progresses. Our team is here to answer questions and ensure everything is moving smoothly.

Congratulations on your new home! Closing day is just around the corner, and we’ll be right by your side. Before the big day, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a third-party inspection to ensure your new home meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Then the moment you've waited for is finally here! You'll be handed the keys to your new Stone Martin Builders home.
