Submitting Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted through the BuilderTrend platform.

Simply log in, click the "Project Management" tab at the top of the page and select "Warranty" from the dropdown.
Click "new claim" Select a category from the list provided. Enter a brief description in the box provided. Chose priority level. Fill in a detailed description.
Upload any photos on the right side of the request form. Click "save request" to send the request to our dedicated warranty team.

For non-emergency claims, you can expect a response within 48 hours.
