Dear Stone Martin Customers and Business Partners:
We have been fortunate to experience internal growth in our organization by way of COVID-19. We have learned to take advantage of technology that already existed and realized where we could grow on a day to day basis by implementing new systems and strategies that will likely remain in place long after COVID-19 expires.
Due to the sustainability we have experienced, this will likely be our final letter to each of you with an update on COVID-19. We believe the effects to our customers and business partners is now minimal when it comes to our operations and we expect nothing but positive results for our business, employees and customers.
Fortunately for our business and for you, the customer, the production delays that we expected have been minimal due to the health pandemic we are facing. We are pleased to see the curve flattening across the state, and we support Governor Ivey’s stance on remaining safe as the state slowly re-opens. Our first priority is the health of those we serve. Therefore, we will follow the state leadership guidelines for what re-opening in a safe manner looks like.
We would like to express our gratitude to every one of you that have believed in our company’s ability to succeed and sustain in this trying time. I believe that when this experience began, we were all fearful of what the future would hold. The expected outcome was volatile for our business and for the country as a whole. You trusted us with the largest investment in your life in one of the most trying times in the history of America, and for that we will be forever grateful. Your trust in us was motivation alone for us to work tirelessly to continue to provide to you the product you expected with no exceptions.
Our commitment to you remains the same: we will provide you with a positive customer experience and continually reach for a Better Way to Build.
