Dear Stone Martin Customers and Business Partners:
Last Friday, shortly after you received our weekly update, Governor Kay Ivey issued a “Stay In Place” for the state of Alabama. Stone Martin Builders was completely prepared for this with a plan of action to continue moving forward with the construction of your home. We are determined to fulfill your dreams and future home memories.
We immediately implemented our virtual selling plan for the sales associates and issued a requirement of no more than 10 craftsmen on a job site at any time. But more importantly, we began to realize that since we are still operating efficiently and effectively in these times, we are blessed with an opportunity to support others.
Therefore, we launched #StoneMartinSupports. You may have seen this program debut on our social media platforms this week. #StoneMartinSupports is an effort for our organization to reinvest in other local businesses that may be hurting in these economic times.
With the launch of #StoneMartinSupports, we have been able to purchase locally made hand sanitizer for all of our customers and model homes by our friend and neighbors at John Emerald Distillery in Opelika. We have engaged Scarlet and Gold Shop to print t-shirts for each of you and all of our Stone Martin team with the message of “Home, Health, & Hope.” (look for these to be distributed soon) and we have engaged in a tent rental agreement with Tailgate Guys to provide tents and tables at all of our model homes where we can offer Express Closings that align with our Virtual Selling Guidelines.
With the delivery of these tents and tables, our sales team is excited to be able to work in an outdoor environment, where they can take advantage of the opportunity to engage with you and other homeowners that are moving around outdoors with their loved ones more than ever before! We enjoy getting to be outside and watch you spend time together and play and take advantage of the communities you will soon live in. We encourage you to swing by the tent and grab a drink during your exercise time or a treat for the kids.
Sales are still strong for our organization, despite uncertain times. We will pay our success forward by continuing to engage with local businesses across the state and send support via gift cards through #StoneMartinStrong. Watch our social media platforms and be a part of what businesses can benefit from our efforts.
We are all settling into the COVID-19 way of life and things are moving along in a positive direction at Stone Martin Builders. We want to continue to keep you updated on the happenings of our company through these times. Check out our website StoneMartinBuilders.com for more information for our COVID-19 response actions each week.
Hoping you and yours stay healthy, happy and #StoneMartinStrong.
