When a homesite becomes available, we release it, notify those on the waitlist, and simply set a date to review all offers. We choose the best offer and just like that, we're under contract. There is no back and forth between buying and selling agents to encourage a higher offer than the last. When the next homesite becomes available, we notify those on the list once again.
