With low inventory and high demand for new homes, there's enough stress in this market. To make the buying process simpler and less complicated, there are no bidding wars for a Stone Martin home. When a homesite becomes available, we release it, notify those on the waitlist, and simply set a date to review all offers. We choose the best offer and just like that, we're under contract. There is no back and forth between buying and selling agents to encourage a higher offer than the last. When the next homesite becomes available, we notify those on the list once again.
From the very inception of our company, we have focused on efficiency in order to save our customers time and money, and avoid unnecessary building delays. We are a process-driven organization and thrive when everyone involved understands the steps needed to get from point A to point B. We put a lot of thought, time, and effort into refining our communication processes with our customers, project managers, trade partners, and administrative staff. That’s why, once you are under contract, you will receive a series of emails letting you know exactly where we are in the construction process, what's coming next, and any checklists of items we need from you. We want our homebuyers to know everything that we do! We will take as much time as necessary to walk you through every line item in the purchase order, or every step of the construction process. We want you to consider us a partner on this exciting new home journey, so we “lay it all out on the table.”
One way we do that is by gifting each homeowner a brand new tablet that contains contact information, documents, links to helpful resources, a video library of home maintenance tips, a portal to track the construction progress, and so much more.
