May is an exciting time in the building industry. Not only is it the beginning of when the real estate market really picks up for summer, but it is also when Builder Online releases their annual rankings. At Stone Martin Builders we set new goals every year and work hard to accomplish them: not only to build more homes and grow into new areas, but to always be bettering our product, expanding our offerings, and providing elevated service throughout the buying and warranty process. So we are thrilled to announce that we are moving on up, and we are ranked #129 among builders in the U.S.!
As a young company founded in Auburn, Alabama, we are always amazed to take a step back and look at what we are able to accomplish with amazing vendors, sub-contractors, and the best team around. Last year we were able to close over 300 houses – that means 300 people, couples, and families are able to call a new spot home, and we are forever grateful to be chosen as a part of that process.
In 2017 we were ranked #160, and jumping another 31 spots up the list is such a milestone! #129. Wow! We cannot wait to see where it goes from here. We want to take this moment to thank you all: our home buyers, our family, our friends, and our supporters. You are all the reason that we are able to live this dream and experience this growth!
