Purchasing Agent's Build Adventure- January 26th

Update 8:

Morning everyone!

Got the driveway formed up at lot 7 Northbrook. Bathroom tile is in as well and cabinets are fully installed in both houses as well as granite.

Met with Brian Allen for about an hour the other day regarding underground electrical trenching and we talked about my lots but also others. The more time I have spent out there has helped me personally develop some great relationships besides just talking money once a year and that is something I hope we can carry on with a lot of our subs in that similar fashion because at the end of the day I think it means more to hear someone out than just giving them a pay raise or taking them off jobs to help our cause.

Been learning a great bit about site plans, looking at grading, and conceptualizing drainage on our lots. Just another thing that’s been enlightening in this whole process. Looking forward to seeing you all virtually Friday and this week as I travel job sites.
