Punch list and Basecamp Week!
Hitting our punch lists pretty heavy this week on Lot 7 Northbrook. This lot is a month ahead on the closing schedule due to windows getting here somewhat promptly. Spent about an hour walking the house this morning and getting everything sorted for parts and pieces missing. Had a microwave stolen which was sick! Barring that pretty good on keeping everything in check.
Lot 8 is finishing up brick today and will have trench and driveways dug and poured here in the next week barring the weather. Slowly but surely catching up but hey we got windows and that’s all I can ask for haha.
