Crazy cold week for the builds that’s causing some delays on the outside but we are moving along.
Got a replacement microwave for a stolen one on lot 7 yesterday and lot 7 has been trimmed out and we are waiting on final power to turn on.
Lot 8 is a slip and slide of mud right now but brick finished and siding will be done here shortly to complete the 2 exteriors of the house minus the driveway and sidewalk on 8. Lot 8 has hardwood coming on the 18th and is starting to get ready for the big list of punch as well. Hope everyone can get back to normality tomorrow with the weather and we can finish this week out strong!
