Hope everyone had a good holiday break and is ready to close out the 2020 year in style.
Finally got our electrical rough inspections passed with the City of Opelika for both lots. Framing inspection on lot 8 happens this week, while lot 7 is lagging due to some HVAC inspection issues. Alex Green and myself are now finding ourselves with a new issue of this subdivision being at the “highest” point in Opelika, causing our water pressure to be minimal at best on these houses. Office is talking with Southern Pride Plumbing and the city on how we are going to handle.
Kudos to all of you who do this every day with 40 houses, my head would be spinning. For all of you East AL/West GA field staff, I think your going to be really satisfied with the response time of Alexander Electric. They’ve done about 6 roughs so far, and minus the inspections office screwing up, they are really showing they can be a viable option for a high volume electrical subcontractor for us. This will only help our Central AL markets have more sustained work by B&B and give them more flexibility. We are already working on getting Inline to deliver all of the lighting materials to help aid B&B and their production times.
