Purchasing Agent's Build Adventure- December 15th

Hello everyone,

Inside of my houses are finally starting to take some shape! Insulation has passed on NB 7 and NB 8 is being inspected today. Got some sheet rock on the ground and ready to go! Windows deliver “tomorrow”… so they say.

Not only have I gotten to build these houses, but the way we have watched code change here while this has been happening is pretty interesting to someone who deals with materials on takeoffs but always has to wait to hear from someone on when code changes and then we make our material changes internally. I get to skip a few steps here and be reliant on first hand information for future changes to our data takeoff builds and the way we line up schedule items in BuilderTrend.

As always appreciate the help of everyone especially Alex Green and John Vawter for meeting me yesterday to run through some items I hadn’t even thought about checking. Hope everyone has a great Christmas week!
