Update 1:

We have been working on Northbrook 7 for about 3 weeks, and have poured the slab, and already completed the first frame walk to call framers back for punch-out. Already have recognized some great things we could change when it comes to communication and how our field staff could be better suited on the preparation side of things when it comes to builds and how our office delivers them info.

I'll be posting weekly with updates on this build, and will be working on Northbrook 8 as well simultaneously. All of our department will be required to build a house from start to finish so we can see some of the struggles & issues that our field staff goes through daily.
